I inherited three "California Gold" coins from my Grandfather. I don't know if these are legit or replica coins. The dates say they are from 1850-1854, but how can I tell. They are all three gold and seem to be (from top to bottom) maybe 1/4 oz, 1/10 oz, and even a little smaller. He died in 1977 so if they are replicas, they were minted no later than 1977. I appreciate any wisdom you might have.

Look like replicas. The condition and strike seem too good to be true. Although I'm no expert.

They are definitely replicas. All genuine California fractionals have a denomination (D, Dol, Dollar etc.) And NO genuine California Fractional has a "bear as part of the design.
