TJsCoins Pillar of the Community United States 3229 Posts	Posted 10/07/2013 11:23 pm I am thinking of purchasing this 1817 15 Star variety LC. Obviously it does not have all the stars showing but after looking in Wrights book I am fairly sure it is a 15 Star variety. What would you grade and value would you give?
