First one 86 = damaged
Second one 84 = linear plating blister (gas under the plating)
Third one 94 = possible struck through plating.
Fourth one 70 = possible coin counter damage. (It is not straight like a lamination would be) This coin looks like a MAD, but I'm
thinking damage in that area.

Coin one, zinc healed well; probably PMD, but might be die chip in clip. If you can afford it 3rd party grading if looks like clip.

I agree coin one is damage and not a clip.
