Your thoughts on their grades? How much does the streaking on the 1935 obverse affect grade?

The '23 looks really good and likely a MS65 piece and maybe even MS66. Then '35 appears over dipped with subdued luster and low MS surface preservation, perhaps a 62 or 63.

The 23 looks nice, maybe a 65.
Cannot tell what's going on with
35, is it in a holder? Almost looks
like a shadow under the streak in
front of her lip. Maybe a 63?
