I just recently bought a FE off ebay and after I did the seller told me he mispriced it because it's actually an error coin, but he still let me have it.
Where is the error?

It kind of starts at the 'E' in America and gets bigger as it goes down, ending at the tail feathers.
It kind of just looks like wear but it's not

It's not a Cud. It is a clash with a seated half (I believe). I think it is S-9 variety, but don't have my book. The clash is clearly visible even in low grades, as evident, running through "America." It adds a premium, but in this grade, I don't think it's too much.

Clashes themselves aren't that rare, but it's almost always the obverse and reverse of a single coin type. The rarity is that there are only six verified off-center and six verified multi-denominational clashes in all of 19th century US coinage history, most of them with FE - http://www.kevinjflynn.com/books/th...ed-die-book/
