So today I was fortunate enough to find a nice little hoard of silver at the bank. I immediately took it over to my local coin shop and swopped it for this Augustus bronze. Would anyone be able to help me with IDing the mint? Thanks!

Hi, this is a posthumous as from Rome, ERIC II 660 & RIC 82 presumed to have been minted circa 22-23 under Tiberius.

David Sear lists this type (#1790) as being issued by the mint of Rome AD34-7 by the emperor Tiberius.

Thanks for the help, Ras! I really do appreciate it.

So, everyone, if you were to guess as to a value of my coin, what would you say?

So my coin had a $55 dollar price tag on it. Would that have been too much? (I only paid $15 since I traded in some recently-found junk silver)
