Sitting in my Lincoln Cent collection, 1940S-1DR-004.
Light doubling can be seen on the UM of UNUM and the right wheat stalk. Obverse is listed as 1940S-1MM-008.

Is this a slabbed coin? I am having trouble matching either side with the attribution numbers you are providing.

This is not slabbed, just found it in my Lincoln collection. First noticed rpm and matched it to 008. Then noted CC related this rpm to DDR-004. Looked for die crack on bottom of bust and found it. Turned coin over and found marker die cracks and separation on upper right wheat stalk. This coin is later die state than CC, so some of the cracks are faint, but noteable.

Marker die crack as noted of CC photo. Crack has extended west and prominent on western lower bust, weaker east.

N-S Marker die cracks through B and E of LIBERTY.

Black arrows mark faint N-S marker die crack though N's and white arrows point to die crack from N through upper E to M in UNUM. Die crack from NW corner of E north to S, prominant on my coin, is noteable on CC photo.

Close up of minor separation.

The mint mark location is a dead on match. But the reverse looks like a different die. The weakness on the die on the wheat lines looks like it is in a different die state. There is no Retained Cud, the die cracks look entirely different. So they look like a miss matched die pair. Probably the obverse was continued to be used with a different reverse die.
