Welcome to the CCF!
They both appear genuine to me but holed. I would avoid personally.

Thanks! I am just trying to pick one up at reasonable price for my 7070 type. At the moment I can't afford to dish out $500 on one and if I did I would for sure purchase one slabbed, and wouldn't have the heart to crack it out haha

I hear ya. You should be able to find a nice type, lower grade problem free for a fairly decent price.

Color is nice just has obverse graffiti which isn't too bad. Has minor rim nicks but the price is good.

Lost it at the last second, oh well. Going to head down to my local dealer tomorrow and see what they've got. Filling this 7070 has been a real challenge for certain coins since I am not full of knowledge about a lot of these runs

IMHO ... Kevantheman35, consider the following:
1) Avoid impulse buying until such time as you feel confident about a purchase
2) Avoid buying problem coins for a type set. Aim for F-VF coins or better.
3) Attend an area show, bring a shopping list and comparison shop.
4) Find a local coin club and network with other members.

I understand not wanting or being able to drop a ton on one coin. That being said, with patience you can get better coins than that at reasonable prices. Way too many glaring issues on all three of them to waste time and money on. There are "problem" coins out there that do not look nearly that bad. Just wait it out. You will run across one sooner or later.

From my experience, my advice is to never buy coins with a serious problem. You will never be happy with it.

I have to agree with everyone's advice that has been posted so far. If you buy a problem coin to "fill the hole" you will most likely not be totally happy with it and will be looking to upgrade. Wait for a decent coin without major distractions that will be pleasing to look at.
