MS64 here. I'm thinking VAM2C3 or 2C4 depending on whether the reverse die is rotated or not. Nice variety either way!

What about the two rim dings on the reverse. Will that affect grade?

It is rotated, slightly. Buddy, those "Rim dings" are part of the GSA holder.
