Do you think you could post a link to the auction?

Based on the obverse, my feeling is it's in the VG details ballpark. I think details is likely because of the rim dings.

VG10. Can't tell without the reverse though. This is one of the worst struck US series' and these are almost always cleaned or scratched so watch out.

You will need to post a pic of the other side for a proper grade, that side appears to be VG-10. But the grade could change depending on the other side.

I would call it VG-10 for the details but the rim looks quite rough and that would significantly decrease the value.

VG-10. Details. Pretty severe rim damage. Try not to by damaged coins unless they are super dooper cheap.
