it is too obvious that the coin in the auction was ground down. the winner should go directly to the DA of their town or city. what a shame.

look at the photos again error. if you look at the one that has the most edge view you will see that the lines on it go around where on the coins that are from the mint the lines will go up and down from it being pushed out of the press and NOT around. plus you can see where it was ground down. I don't think feedback is a good source of reference anymore when you have so many good sellers seeing all the fakes getting bids and the legit coins are being re listed with no bids that's enough in some extreme cases to make a good seller go to the other side.. but I stand by my first statement. that coin is not original as it was from the mint.
and even if it was I see enough red flags just looking at THAT coin to make me turn around and run very fast

I was not saying I would buy it. I can't tell from the photos, either way.

I still say that is a VERY High FEEDBACK rating and to risk the rating, fraud, and posible jail, I just don't see that.

But , anything IS possible.

I agree, the seller has alot of positive feedbacks, I can't imagine why he or she would risk their reputation. Personally, I would not buy that unless it was certified by a TPG. I've heard of how easy it is to wear down the edge.

I think it's the real deal... but for $830? In my opinion, it should be $150, I guess with all the publicity these errors are getting...
Rest in Peace

I can see the marks. Interestingly, on extreme enlargement I see vague pixilation of letters. Is it real or is it the drugs I'm on?

Not all drugs are recreational.
