He better send it, he can't change his mind because he decided to be an idiot and sell it cheap. Listing it at 2am doesn't help either.
New guy too, a neg will kill the account for quite a while I bet.

Yeah, hopefully he sent it. Everytime I get a deal on ebay, I am nervous about whether or not the seller will ship the item.

Most of the time they send it. I just bought two '63 Proof sets for $20 today... in addition to tons of other good deals recently. Just got 7 40% Ikes in the mail today all in OGP for $35. Another item I'm waiting on is an '83 GSA that I picked up for $160... that's probably not coming, seller doesn't answer my emails, I already opened a case... crap like this is the irritating part about bargain hunting on the bay. Wish ebay would make violations like that one and done.

Was just looking over this sellers feedback and it appears like it may be a hijacked account or something... recently active after a lull of 4 years... one negative (Item missing from package) and 5 positives from buyers with 27, 115, 1, 3, and 1 feedback. All listings private. Gonna be recording the entire process of me with this package if it shows up, from opening my mailbox to opening the package, all with the listing right in front of me. I'd like to see ebay decide in their favor in that case.

Seller ignored me for 48 hours after I requested a refund, then answered when I opened a case and sent them another email. Continues to claim that USPS is "investigating" but I remain dubious. Filed a case with the post office requesting they look into it as well. While I am waiting a bit longer to leave negative feedback, the seller is continuing to list items on ebay. Here's the link to their current auctions; http://www.ebay.com/sch/els040486/m...trksid=p3692Note 20 recent completed results, with only 6 recent feedbacks left, one of which was negative. Scammer, I'm almost positive.

I just sent another request for a refund. They always answer late at night, so if there is no response by tomorrow AM, I'll call ebay and have everything handled by them. Also noticed that they don't leave feedback for buyers.

Annnnd just got this email from USPS;
Larry, You are correct in believing that this person has never mailed the item. The electronic information shows that he printed a label. He HAS NOT given this package to a post office for delivery.
Let me know if you need more help. I am sure that we could turn him over to the postal inspectors if he doens't ship this package or return your money. There is no one in the postal system looking for or working on this item for him.

Just went through this on ebay myself, as long as you paid with paypal you are covered. They are coming down hard on deadbeat sellers, just open a case with ebay and you should get immediate restitution.

Yeah, already done, I called and had the situation quickly escalated rather than wait 'til '11-1 for ebay to allow me to escalate a case. I'm not worried about my money, I know I'll get it back, I'm worried about this person having my address, name, etc.

Hope they refund the money quickly. Every time I get a "great deal" on ebay I hold my breath to see if I will actually receive the item. I would say about 25% of the time I don't get the item, which is very irritating. Thankfully no issues get refunds every time so far.
