cc99999 Pillar of the Community United States 1302 Posts	Posted 10/22/2013 12:25 am it's pretty late die state and is too marked up to be a gem. It's a MS-63 or MS-64, as others have said. I've made several myself and mine have come back MS-64 through MS-66. The 66 I currently have has a very solid strike for the grade and the date and motto are fully struck. I'm not one to throw 83-p's back into the wild, but my suggestion is to keep looking for one you like. A PCGS MS-66 will put you back $200 or more dollars. Go raw for now.
