just thought I would share this find,a 1996 attached 6 nickel variety from a bank roll! I don`t know how many are out there, or have been found,but, I have seen it posted here and there.so,anybody else got one?

I'd call it a die chip.
I don't know Canadian coins so I don't know how often that sort of thing gets out into circulation.

Well, I know its just a die chip,its not so much what, but where it`s located. Connecting the 6 with the bottom of the D in Canada.A cherry pickers delight!lol

I know how you feel, been looking for a true bare belly, have not found any, few small versions. I assume you coin roll hunt,if so,, Geographical location may be a factor. I am in Manitoba,barriecarson, , is Ontario, and you are in Alberta! I wish you luck!

Nice find. Also been searching for a nice attached 6 but nothing yet.
Ive been lucky enough to find 6 bare bellies- 2 large, 1 med, 3 small and 2 of those where in the same bank roll.

I was hoping to hear from someone in B.C., not many attached 6`s, but seems MORE bare bellys, or versions thereof in the east!Just out of curiousity, Do you know of anyone with a attached 6 east of Alberta Pennyman007 ? please post,THANKS!

When it comes to searching nickels I've just recently passed the 40,000 mark and still no attached 6

That is so wild! Also, for the record, there is a die chip, or extra metal on the top of the T in cents also,I see one for sale on ebay for $350.00 or best offer,think it will sell?Thanks SHAFTA9a
