For this one I just don't see MS64 or 65. If it is I have some good grades coming back in a few weeks. From what I have seen they hit the Peace dollar harder than Morgans for face/neck marks. The seller is good at making the coin look full of luster and shows it to have less contact marks than it actually does. Geohoarder Valued Member United States 339 Posts	Posted 10/31/2013 5:17 pm After looking at this coin carefully with loupe in hand my opinion is that the obverse is 62 and reverse is 64 (looks better in hand than in my photos).
