I'm getting ready to purchase these. I've been warned about counterfeits with this particular CC so to prevent me from potentially burning another hole in my wallet I would like to hear everybodies opinion on grade and of course whether or not these are genuine.

I cannot in good conscience advise you to risk your money on these. These images - like all 1889-CC images save the highest-resolution professional efforts - are insufficient to justify any kind of certainty. The only way to buy an 1889-CC Morgan, raw, is from the stock of a dealer whose skills you personally know and trust, or if you're comfortable making the determination of authenticity based on your own knowledge. Otherwise, do not risk the over-$1000 these should cost you (together).

especially with the advent of so many excellent counterfeits coming out of China today, I would NOT touch a key date coin like these unless from a reputable dealer and in a PCGS, NGC, ANACS verified slab, remember a fool is born every minute - don't be the fool!

Only buy them if you have legitimate recourse with your seller .

Great advice!I'm getting them from my wholesaler, I buy most of the coins that I sell on ebay through him I have had some excellent feedback from buyers regarding the quality of what I sell, I trust him as a dealer.I'm going to see if he would be willing to let me have these certified before making an offer, I think that would be fair. Lets just say that they did come back authentic, what grade would you place on these?

Both seem very close in grade, but there's more detail on the second one.
1) F-12.
2) F-15.

I like the first one more though.
