Is This Coin From Morocco Or India?

The size would also suggest a half falus but the weight is too heavy. Didn't find anything in the 19th century catalog but I don't have a catalog of 18th century coins. The six pointed star was apparently adopted in the later part of the 18th c. And I didn't see anything remotely similar under India.
