It's a shame the obverse has a few scratches. I didn't even notice these scratches until I scanned it in. They are very, very light when viewed in person and don't detract from the coins appearance at all. The scanner sometimes picks up more details than I want to see.

Cameras are the same way.
It's a combination of the lighting enhancing problems
AND
the larger image size.
The images you posted are 3-4 times the size of the coin which makes the problems 3-4 times as large.

Unfortunately, those scratches deem it a problem coin.
Overall eye appeal is very nice despite.

Ouch! That's not a nice surprise at all. Otherwise, a very sharp coin.

And btw, that's actually a great image to be getting from your scanner.

Is that a Cud to the bottom right of the 1/200?

Nice coin, too bad about the scratches, but if you didn't notice them before, the eye appeal is still there for you.
