I'm equally unsure what's being asked here. The pics are too small to see anything significant; I see a Normal Date, C3-Reverse 1880-CC. If I'm interpreting tiny details correctly, I believe there's Die Deterioration around "In God we trust," but this phenomenon is known for more than one 1880-CC VAM so more detail would be necessary before precise attribution can be made.
Rest in Peace

That was my initial though. The C3 reverse seemed to have some quality issues compared to the B2.

I'm having a hard time comprehending what you're after here. Are you referring to the feature I've circled in red?

That's an actual part of the design, and it appears more or less-strongly on individual coins and in photographs. It can be expected to be there.

Here's a relatively-unmarred image of a Morgan obverse in fairly high resolution. The only nonstandard artifacts are a little clashing above the cap. Otherwise, it's as-struck. Compare it to your coin - which you can see more clearly than we can - to see what differences you can note.

No real need to; I see nothing abnormal about it.In any event, it will pixelate if you "zoom" it; it shows the most detail it ever will at that size.

Keep in mind, you can expect the apparent strength of that feature (as well as the rest) to vary a lot with Morgan strikes. Lighting can also affect how things look. Yours may be a unusually-strongly struck coin - aside a little flatness at the ear, it looks like one - so you'll see a lot of variation between coins which might otherwise look like something abnormal.
