Curious. The portrait does not seem to be filling much of the available space. Not sure what it is wearing. I can't make out any of the mint can you? Is there any chance any of the legend can be uncovered?

Licinius II or Constantine II. Perhaps some other obscure ruler, but I know those two had small busts issued. I'm ugessing Licinius II (Constantine II was a bit later than this reverse type).

Heres what I think it is:

Looks like Ben got it. I was going to say Licinius II and Crispus used the small left facing bust.
