westcoin Pillar of the Community United States 9792 Posts	Posted 10/25/2013 04:48 am These small coins with lots of luster really need to be seen "in hand" to properly grade them, but I'd go high AU as the coin is in the photos. Try taking your photos directly straight on, without the coin resting at an angle, it becomes very difficult to see any rub or wear spots. This coin judging from the reverse looks to be MS but I suspect there is rub on the obverse so probably AU55 or AU58. P.S. Check you title, they didn't make Three Cent pieces in 1972!
