I have no idea,,,Cooper will,,,maybe you should have full pic of front and back of coin I think they like that,,,it helps them sometime to see the whole coin,for all I know they may not need to see the whole coin for this one,,,,Cosmos

Feeder Finger Damage to the die, probably. Hard to say without a wider image.

Feeder fingers insert the coin into the collar/or ejects the coins. Not sure if they do both or not? But they move the coins before/after the strike. They can become damaged during the strike and make marks into the fields of the dies.
