This is a tough one. The breaks in the tone on the high points create the illusion of a circulated coin. I don't buy it, MS64 or could be held to 63 due to the hits on the rim. Pretty coin though...

Easy 64 - chatter on the cheek is very minor and the rim hits are not too distracting

the coin has nice appeal. its a shame about the rims, other wise this would be MS65. gotta go with the flow...MS63
