Assuming what I think is on the slab is indeed on the slab, I'd say MS65PL and one of a coin.

This is one where you look at the images and think, "Wow. I'm betting this one's PL/DMPL." VAM-3, I think, from the die cracks on the obverse, although I may be wrong. If correct, it's an interesting example in that these were the dies used to strike the 4 known "Branch Mint Proofs" of that date. Almost certainly an "unauthorized" issue, these 4 strikes were done from highly-polished yet worn dies - they have the die cracks associated with the later die state of VAM-3. If you can pry one loose from the current owner, plan on needing about $150k to even get some attention. This one looks to be a strong 65.

MS66PL in my eyes from these photos - though the PL may be questionable.

I could see this actually with a details grade if broken out and sent to PCGS! Fields look a little fuzzy, so I'm thinking fine hairline cleaning scratches. Still going with 65pl in the NGC holder though

I think Mr. Contursi is a bit over the market on his price for this one, but who knows? It bears mentioning that, as of Aug. 9th of this year, this coin resided in an NGC PF66CAM slab in which it sold for $176,250. It's been upgraded since. NGC chose to create some significant wealth by "creating" a brand-new Top Pop coin (66 was the former Top Pop), and I find it a very curious move on their part.

It better look amazing in-hand. Certainly appears no better than a 66 from the images, but it's nearly impossible to grade proofs from images, so I will reserve judgement.
