That's a pretty fancy little spoon.

Looks like you're having a bit of success out there.

I've been out MDing twice -- it's not legal where I live -- so I can only dig around in my own yard.

So far, nails and a one-half inch piece of copper tubing. I found more stuff transplanting hostas and digging up weeds. LOL

Anyway, it really looks like fun and it's just got to be great to find anything that not garbage.

Man, lucky dog! I wish I could find a silver spoon! So far I've only found a little over $4 in change from my driveway. Which is actually a lot, every 4 inches, PING!

But I need better luck.

Nice Finds Though!

Sad to say, I live in a city with a little city sized lot.

But my house is 82 years old and an old sewer line (no longer in use) ran along the edge of my property. People threw out all sorts of stuff. I have old medicine bottles and buttons. At the back of my little lot is where they used to burn their trash (way back when) and I have dug up a lot of bits of metal and glass.

I really do enjoy reading about other people's finds and someday I'm going to pack up my MD and go dig somewhere ......

That's hilarious!

But my yard's pretty big, but I prefer not to do much. I'm looking at my local park.

Butt, I am going to an 1800s house that was my Great Great Grandmother's.

GL&HH!
