I have an Arkansas Quarter that has odd initials on the reverse. Is it suppose to look like that?

Also, one of the horses on the right of the reverse closest to the mountains looks like it has an extra outline of the hind leg.

I tried to look it up but can't find anything on it.

The mark above "AT" is a circulation mark from a reeded coin. Probably a quarter.

Machine Doubling on the hind leg of the horse. Flat shelf like.
