I really don't know how to describe some of it. All the lettering looks fuzzy on both front and back of the coin. The date looks light but yet the mintmark is nice and bold. Here are some pics. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

There is even extra outline on reverse around torch.

Looks like severe Die Deterioration. Notice all the flow lines toward the rim.

The marks you see flowing toward the rim are called die flow. The cover the devices in the VLDS. Just a die ready to be retired.
