Pre 65, Washington quarters were 6.25 grams. After 1965 until now they are 5.67 in clad composition. State Quarters are 5.67, but some sources are saying the silver version is 6.25. Which is it?

Hal pre 65 are silver. After 65 they are clad and the general circulating quarter is clad - and the silver proof quarters would weigh what the silver quarter weighed prior to 65. I don't see a conflict with any of the numbers you posted.
