Yes, it's Chinese, but it isn't a coin. It's a souvenir medal.

The Chinese inscription translates as "China's Great Wall is one of the Seven Wonders of the World, having a history of more than 2,000 years, and is more than 12,000 li in length".

It's doubtful. Anyone can make these souvenir medals, so they have novelty value only.
