Looking Through Lincoln Cents (We Have A Winner!)

I have an extra copy of Looking Through Lincoln Cents - Chronology of a Series - second edition. You'll have to thank Charles D. Daughtrey at https://www.coppercoins.com for the generosity on this one - so here it goes: The contest will end at 7:00pm coincommunity time on 6/25/07. Here are the rules, you get to guess 3 times (no more or your line will break and you won't be able to read it anyway). You need to guess the city and state I will be taking a fishing charter out of on my vacation later this fall (Sept/Oct). The one who guesses the closest gets the book. I will give hints along the way.

Hint #1: In past charters out of here, I've caught over 15 types of fish some of which include triggerfish, sea bass, yellowtail, grunts (used to catch the grouper and snapper), and of course shark. And the State Quarter has already been issued.

Hint #2: It's somewhere east of the Mississippi River and somewhere south of any state touching one of the Great Lakes (meaning it is not one of those states that touch one of the Great Lakes).

Hint #3: The state I will be staying in and taking the charter out of was the 27th state admitted into the Union.
