reverse pic?

at first glance I think its been dipped unless this is a scan image and it is fooling me with regards to any luster that may be intact

its certainly uncirculated and if not cleaned sits in an MS tier. I'd really love to see luster to take a better shot at it

I added a picture of the reverse.

It's not actually my coin so I can't get a better pic, sorry.

I will try and look at the coin sometime soon and find out if it is dipped or cleaned.

Less marks on the coin decide that. Look at the chin on the 63 compared to the 64. Hits on one and not the other.

look at the flow lines in the MS64, thats what you want to see for a mid grade MS

My first impression was that something is not original about the surfaces. I'm also thinking this coin was dipped and the lighting used is washing out the coin so you cant see that. Careful with this coin. I agree with dsfree

The coin looks at least AU but the lighting is making this one hard to grade.

Looks cleaned. Low end AU if not.
