F-12 in my opinion.
The Photograde example shown above isn't going to be much help with grading. The 1807-1836 Bust Halves are a different design than the 1836-1839 Bust Halves.

I was going to point that out also (about the design). This short series is notorious for EXTREMELY weak strikes. I think this coin makes F-12.
