Sorry misunderstood ya for a second... you can try to press it... there are three types of presses... a wet press... a heat press... and a dry press
I would recommend a dry press.... place said note in the middle of the pages of a really thick book. Then stack some heavy things on top of the book and leave it for 2 -3 years. This works well with paper notes and you can usually improve by 1/2 grade... With poly's I'm totally unsure... I have a few 50's RADARs and SNR's that I am pressing but I don't know how the poly paper will remain intact ... my hopes are not as high.
