This is a tough one. At first I thought it was one of the Julia's, but what I can make out of the legend it doesn't fit.

I think I can make out KIA on the obv. I have looked through Caracella with no success. There is a serpent coming out of the cista, but there is no lid and the cista is taller than usual. Stumped.

It doesn't have NIKOPOLIT on the reverse, left side does it? Just asking as it looks very similar to a few I was trying to id last week from Nikopolis - serpent emerging from cista mystica.

I think it's a Julia-- Domna or other. Basis this solely on the visible (lambda)(I) portion of the obverse legend and because the bust looks somewhat female.
Browsing some Julia Domna provincials now. The general lettering (obverse left) definitely looks possible. Haven't seen any strong possibilities yet though.
