I wouldn't bother to send it in to conserved, cost of doing it and re-slab will either cost more or break even, accounting for other expense like mailing. If it does goes to MS-68, that would be another story.
If I were interested in that, I'd just crack and dip it myself. Wanted a 6FB Merc in the older NGC holder just to compare it to my hoard of PCGS OGH Mercs... This one was cheap (Sub $40) and now I definitely think the PCGS ones fare better and look better. I'm up to about 60 OGH Mercs now.
