Since it's impossible to tell without the coin in-hand, yes, it is FB. Juuuust barely.

Wow - Nice luster, shame about the little roughness and ticks in the neck and toning (I personally don't like toning like this, spotty and dark). I'd say NGC gave it MS66FB, though with this much luster, a MS67 wouldn't be out of line if not for the nicks and toning.

I am thinking is MS-64 or 65. But FB? Unless is the coin in slab playing a trick.

C'mon guys!! Has Lady Liberty mesmerized y'all into ignoring what appears to be LDS markers of a 42/1-D?! Look at the subtle doubling on the motto and the date! The 1942/1-D was a result of an under polished 1941 master die (failed to completely polish off the date) that was retooled into a 1942 master hub of which produced at least one doubled working die. Hence the 42/1-D is a very subtle DDO unlike the 42/1-P which is considered an obvious overdate. Look at the bottom of the four, looks like a foot of another slightly elevated & angled four to me. Also look at the mintmark, the other known marker for the 42/1-D is a slight RPM which makes it a little wider than normal. Just throwing this out there!! Without coin in hand I can only go by what I see on the pics! Nonetheless a very beautiful: coin!!
