I'm thinking a 64 as well....not sure if it would warrant sending in.....unless he doesn't have much in it.

I have it as a good 64, VAM-5, and probably not worth the expense of slabbing.

I'm the dissenter here at MS63 (and maybe a plus). I think there are just a few too many ticks on the cheek to make a solid 64 grade from PCGS or NGC/ANACS today. Don't think it would PL either, though the obverse is really close to it, and the reverse is a lock PL, I just don't think the obverse will pull the PL designation.
