Anyone-Who-Can-Help-Groats?-Henry-IV-1412/13

Henry IV 1399-1413
How can they create a GROAT which is nearly perfectly round in 1412 ?
Has anyone seen another full weight groat 0f 60grs of this period ?
What is the after POSVI on the reverse, like a small cross ?
Does anyone have any opinions on this coin ?

It is Henry IV it has a Annulet to left and Pellet to right of crown

Latest Story:
A friend of mine is sitting in the Irish Pub having a drink, telling all us friends that he has a new baby boy, everybody very happy and buying him drinks.

I was going to say the mark after POSVI is either a defective saltire or a trefoil but Potter's article in the 1960 BNJ clearly states it is a trefoil.
