Found this in pocket change and noticed what looks like doubling on the reverse. I'm questioning because its like quite center and I don't have another one to compare to. By the looks of the fireworks on the reverse of these I bet there will be several DDRs reports before too long. Thoughts?

2013-Fort-Mchenry-DDR?

Thanks

You might want to submit images and possible coin to John Wexler. He may have seen this or it maybe something new.
