Got this in a roll today and trying to learn about DDOs. Is this a DDO? Sure looks like it but I know there can be different things that look like it but are not. What say you?

I do not see any doubling. The experts will undoubtedly ask you these questions though:
Can you provide close up pics of the areas you think are doubled including full pics of OBV and REV of coin? Thanks.

The doubling is a little harder to see on the date at first, but on the "U" of trust it is a lot easier to see:

The "996" are very strong on this variety. Your date looks normal.
