How-To-Grade-This-1921-Morgan

What grade would you folks put on this coin. To me the obverse is about EF40 the reverse side is UNC but seems to have some sort of glue discoloring where it was held in a pendant. Just out of curiosity if both sides were UNC how much would the discoloration count off?
