Now both serifs are clearly notched and there is also another D the NE/E with a seperated outer curve and serif and top curve protruding from the NE of the Primary D.

You could be right, I have examined this at 400X didiscope and both serifs are definitely notched which has a slight CW Tilt. The 3rd, I'm not 100% but there is the appearance of an upper serif and a thin line outer curve. But as you said, its not an easy convince and I agree because I have not found a listing for an RPM of this type on this Date and mint mark. Thank you for your opinion.

400x ?. If you need to look that close to see it then its probably not worth looking for. I see a normal worn coin.

The general rule is anything you can't see something at 10x it isn't worth it. Good point Kloccwork219.

The area I find interesting is above the mint mark. Too bad the coin is so circulated. It might have had a chance to be a New listing.

I used the 400X to make sure the serifs were legitimately notched, All you need is an averagle loupe to see it.
