I am only asking this because if you look at the penny straight on, you do not see anything odd at all. However, when I tilt the penny in certain directions I can see somewhat of a doubled ear. Just would like to know your thoughts on it. Thanks.

This one is a normal one. The thing to look for on the doubled ears are the way it flows around the left side of the ear and across the bottom enlarging the lobe.
