I got this 1969 $100 star note today. It's not in great condition, small tear below Franklin. But it has a low serial number, it's old, and a star note. Anyone know of a possible value?

IMHO in that condition face value only. I also don't consider that a low SN.

If a collector can afford to collect C notes he can usually afford better condition C notes. Anything over face value and it would be gone if it were mine. Selling it online and you gotta pay the fees ......which when it's all said and done would be 15 to 20$. Can't win.
