I think this one's interesting even though it looks like PMD I think it's an error during the rimming process. Thats my only guess. Need an experts opinion..

Now this coin looks kind of neat, whats the weight, any chance it is struck on a nickel planchet?

it weigh pretty much the same 1.92 grams

Its a little heavier than a regular dime, struck on a foreign planchet.
