Does this penny look odd?

The rim looks strange to me, or I'm just losing it LOL

Looks like a weak strike on your coin. Reverse looks normal, but obverse rim looks soft. The weight seem normal?

Pretty close to normal weight. Too bad about the marks on the reverse. But I would save it as an interesting coin for now.

Hey coop, any chance this could be a vertically misaligned die error? The right side of the rim looks strong but the left doesn't.

I see the 9:00 and 3:00 areas as weak, but the 12:00 and 6:00 are strong. Hard to say what caused it?
