many not-so-good pictures don't equal one good picture. I can't grade it based on the pics. sorry

What kind of camera are you using? I get the impression you are putting it very close to the coin. Take the photo in a well lit room, from approximately 1 foot directly above the coin. Then crop the picture using your computer. (Google Picasa can do wonders).

Samsung Galaxy 3 camera.

One problem is that the picture lose quality as it has to be smaller then 100 kb.

It looks at least MS-60.

The quality of the pictures make it impossible to estimate the grade of the coin.

Weakly struck, typical for the series... looks like a fairly decent coin, possibly MS-64...
