1954-D Still In Mint Set - Please Help

here is a denver mint I have as part of the '54 P, D & S set I have

these seem to be very expensive if graded to a RD MS67

i dont grade GEM moderns

please assist with thoughts and should I slab? here are the two of them obverse up. i'd have to do some work to get the reverse up but any thoughts on just the one side?

grading up to 64 possibly 65 is ok to do with pictures like these but any grade over 65 would need hd pics

The one on the left might get the RB designation regardless of grade from that picture. They want 95%+ of the coin to have the original color for the RD.

Granted some of that patch is color toning (not sure how they deal with that as far as color designation to be honest) but some of it looks darker that from that side alone may be enough to prevent the RD
