Okay here's the deal
I purchased 2, 2013 slabbed one is NGC and the other PCGS.
They both carry the label struck at west point.
Neither of them carry a mint mark.

Bullion ASE's are minted at both West Point and San Fransico. Neither have a mint mark.
The 500 coins boxes, called monster boxes, are sealed at the mint. Those boxes are labeled
which mint they are made at.

If someone sends in the sealed mint box for grading, they will put what mint they came from.
In your case the coins came from a West Point monster box.

If the W or S is in () like a (W) its one of the bullion ones from a monster box for PCGS ones. I think NGC does it the same way but not positive. The W ones with a mint mark will just say W and not be in the ().
