Has anyone heard of varieties of these coins? I found two sps washington State Quarters with what appears to be a extra fin one is a tad more pronounced than the other. Thoughts?

Without images it is impossible to guess what you have. Die chips are very common on the States quarter series.

probably not the best place to ask this but I am having issues uploading pictures I get it to where the free image optimizer resizes and I'm stuck I cannot get the image to move to the post someone please help

Possibly your images are too large and they need to be reduced to 1000 pixels wide or less.
